It seems Kansas State bypassed the whole holiday season rust thing this year. Just days after returning from break, the No. 12 Wildcats did exactly what top-level teams are supposed to do to struggling mid-major opponents, as they crushed, chewed up and spit out the slipper belonging to one of last March's Cinderella candidates with a 85-56 pounding of Cleveland State.
