We have confirmed that Keeston Terry has signed his letter of intent and is officially a Jayhawk. Terry, the second rated wide receiver in Missouri, stuck with the Jayhawks after a visit to Missouri and a late offer from Notre Dame.

Jayhawk Slant has a chance to speak with Terry and he answered our Slant Seven questions.

What was the biggest factor in choosing Kansas?
Biggest factor in choosing Kansas was that it was a university I grew up loving and rooting for and the people who support the Jayhawks.


Who is your role model or inspiration
My biggest role model or inspiration would be my mother because she is always there for me as far as sports and personal needs. She also is a mother who holds down a house with three children.


What do you like to do off the football field?
I like to listen to music and hangout with my friends the most. I like kicking it with my friends because they are basically my extended family I've grown up with most of them.


Who is your favorite athlete?
My favorite athlete would probably be Adrian Peterson. I love the way he runs so aggressive and the passion he plays with
