Although Pompano Beach (Fla.) Blanche Ely receiver Avery Johnson gave his verbal to LSU -- the school at which older brother Patrick Peterson was an All-SEC cornerback - way back in September, he stated earlier this year that while still committed he wasn't done with the recruiting process.

Over the weekend, Johnson re-affirmed that feeling.

While competing in the Badger Sports 7 on 7 Elite at the University of South Florida in Tampa, Johnson claimed he was "very open" at the moment.
