The spring evaluation period has been very kind to Ladarius Newbold. The 6-foot-1, 185-pound athlete from Lancaster, Texas, has picked up a slew of new scholarship offers after impressing coaches at cornerback. Notre Dame joined the mix a couple weeks ago and Newbold is open to checking it out after a conversation with recruiting coordinator Chuck Martin.
