There were several unofficial visitors at NC State's one-day summer camp June 25, and perhaps the most highly regarded of the group was four-star cornerback Devontre Parnell from Fairfield Central High in Winnsboro, S.C.

The 5-foot-11, 165-pound Parnell claims an offer from the Pack, and this was his first visit to Raleigh. It's safe to say that Parnell came away impressed.
