Soon after Charlie Weis took over it was clear the Jayhawks were going to target a junior college offensive linemen. Now the first name has come to the surface in Carlos Lozano. The 6-foot-8, 360 pound lineman from East Los Angeles started to get contact from Kansas a couple weeks ago.
