Palm Beach Gardens (Fla.) offensive tackle Avery Young has no idea.
He has a top three of Florida, Georgia, and Auburn, but he has no idea who he likes more.
He knows he has two weeks until he is supposed to make his decision, but he has no clue how he will come to a conclusion.
Right now, everything is just up in the air.
"Georgia, Florida, and Auburn are my solid top three," said Young. "Those are the three that I know I could not go wrong with. I could put those names in a hat, and choose one, and be happy. Other than that, I have no leaders right now."
The Sunshine State star will visit Miami this weekend for his fifth and final official visit, and the Hurricanes have some ground to make up at this point.
"They are nowhere near the top three right now," he said. "I have no idea what they have to offer, and I'll just see what they have to offer before I think about putting them up there."
Since Young finished his first four official visits before the new year, he has spent a great deal of time with the position coaches from each of his favorite schools.
Each of those coaches have made their impression on the four star athlete.
"I have a great relationship with every coach I talk with," said Young. "But the two that I know the best are Coach Jeff Grimes and Coach Frank Verducci from Auburn and Florida. Coach Verducci has a lot of experience at the next level and I really like that. Coach Grimes has a lot of guys he has put in the NFL so I like that too."
Another coach from one of Young's top three schools his own, unique relationship with the blue chip lineman.
"Coach (Will) Friend is a great guy," he said. "I'm actually getting to know him a lot better over the last month or so. He's a country guy like I am and he has a great relationship with my family and that is a big thing for me. Right now, to this day, I am learning more and more about him and how is such a great guy."
Position coaches have had plenty of face time with the four-star lineman, but head coaches will soon be visiting him and putting forth their best efforts to secure his signature.
"Coach Saban has already come to see me," said Young. "I know I'm seeing Coach (Mark) Richt next week, and I'll be seeing the coaches from Auburn, Florida, and Miami too. I'm just not sure when yet."
One factor that will play into Young's decision is the way he connected with the players on his official visit.
At this point, two schools stand out in that regard.
"I would say that I connected with players the best at Florida and Georgia," said Young. "I connected with the linemen at Florida and my host, Jacoby Brissett. Mike Pouncey was there too so that was cool. At Georgia I really connected with the defensive end, Ray Drew. He is a great guy. I also connected with all their offensive and defensive linemen too."
Throughout the process, the Rivals100 lineman has been rather quiet about what schools his family prefers, but with signing day just around the corner, he doesn't mind letting fans know where they stand.
"See, my mother wants me to play at Georgia so I can be close to her, and my dad wants me to play at Florida so I can be close to him," laughed Young. "Then I have Auburn which is pretty much right in the middle. The bottom line is that they both want to be close to their baby boy. In the end though, they will both support me whatever I do. They'll be proud of my decision and proud of me. If it was Oregon or something, maybe not, but they'll be happy with any of my choices."
As undecided as Young is at this point, he is just as open about how he will come to a final decision.
"I don't know how I'm going to figure it out and I don't know what I'm looking for," he said. "This is tough. I think I'm just going to take it day by day and just let God take over and have his way."
