Just as fast as he came onto the scene with bone crushing collisions on the Sooners kickoff team Ronnell Lewis playing career seemingly ended last season after suffering a sprained MCL versus Baylor.

Solidified by an academic suspension for the Sooners Bedlam tilt and confirmed by his announcement to forego his senior season the player- best known by fans- as the 'Hammer' was often the topic of heated discussions amongst the Sooner fan base.

Wednesday morning following Oklahoma's Pro Day workout in Norman the 6-foot-2, 255-pound Dewar (Okla.) native caught up with SoonerScoop.com's J.D. Runnels in what perhaps is his most candid interview to date.
