One of the unique opportunities of every school's annual Pro Day is the chance for former players to return and once again perform in front of the eyes of NFL scouts.

This years' Oklahoma Pro Day was no different as Ryan Reynolds returned to Norman.

SoonerScoop.com's J.D. Runnels caught up with the former Sooner linebacker as he spoke on his training in San Diego with NFL hopeful Ronnell Lewis as well as what he has learned about the game from a coaching perspective after spending the last two seasons serving as a graduate assistant in Norman.
