South Garland product Joseph Ibiloye has been operating with a new cell phone number.

It's the type of thing that today's college recruit really can't do without, especially since in Ibiloye's case he's had a couple of schools trying to get in touch with him.

The 6-foot-2, 194-pound Ibiloye has scholarship offers from Texas A&M, Oklahoma, Baylor, TCU, Oklahoma State and Wisconsin.
