While everyone is wound up about Oklahoma's quarterback recruiting in 2009, it was much the same last year when Oklahoma didn't offer now-on campus freshman quarterback Landry Jones until the second week of March last year so the concerns may be a bit overstated. Right now there are as many as a dozen quarterbacks the Sooners are currently evaluating but there are a few that have, at this very early juncture, separated themselves from the pack like Friendswood, Texas star Jacob Karam.
