1/28 1:35 AM HAHA! Love right? Wow, I had no idea you were a Scooper. Heck yeah I remember the Groovy Marsha days. I talk to Clifton all the time. He's still driving me crazy wanting to play games online all the time. I just don't have the time but I've tried playing Wolfenstein Enemy Territory with him when I can. You know Clifton though, just a little ain't enough. He finally married the girl he dated through law school a couple of years ago. They live in San Francisco and he's a lawyer for the IRS. He has been since he graduated law school. He still plays bass all the time and he's done about three rock school deals in a row out there. I've been thinking about doing one in Norman for the past few months but I never have the time. I had no clue you were the one responsible for the Chris Simms lingerie mag cover fark. I think that's still hanging up, framed, at Border Crossing in Norman.
1/27 10:19 PM I believe we have found the SoonerScooper with the coolest car by far!!! Nice wheels SoonerShawn. That profile pic might win best pic with the fans too...
I will finish my PhD from OU this year. I own an education consulting service (building online education/training programs) and spend a lot of time investing in real estate. I hardly ever post, but I read posts every day. I have a pretty full schedule, so it's difficult to participate in a lot of threads. I just read and don't post much.
I have actually been a member of Rivals for four years, but I usually take a break after signing day. I won't take that break this year.
I played guitar in a band with Carey in the early 1990's called Groovy Marsha. I'm not sure he remembers those times or not. He can play the guitar very well. Oh yeah, I started a web site called theREFS.com a few years ago. It was a site dedicated to making up completely false stories about all of OU's enemies and making funny pictures in Photoshop. Some of you have seen the Sexy Simms Illustrated pic that got the ball rolling. The Sports Animal had it in their Babe contest a few years ago. I shut down the site, because someone took it seriously and I just didn't like the headache anymore. Some people just don't have a sense of humor, especially Texas fans.
My wife owns a landscape design company and is also a avid Sooner fan. My son, four, loves OU. One of his first phrases was "Bob Stoops." My daughter was born in August of 2006 and is currently being groomed for the Crimson and Cream.
I hate Texas, USC, Notre Dame, Ohio State, and now I hate LSU too. I just dislike eveyone else.
