I started in the Internet business back in 1996 creating BoomerSooner.NET which was the first ever website covering University of Oklahoma athletics with actual journalists from the local media. I then joined First Down Publications in 1999 and built websites for publications all across the Big 12 including Sooners Illustrated, The OState Sports Report, Horns Illustrated, Inside Mizzou Sports, among several others. In 2000, I became more involved in the day-to-day and editorial operations for Sooners Illustrated magazine. I finally did what I should have done back in the late 90's and joined Rivals.com in August of 2004 and I've never been happier. It's been 10 long years of trying to help pioneer sports coverage of University of Oklahoma athletics through the Internet and I can honestly say the folks at Rivals are the best in the business. The massive growth in Internet coverage has always centered around the Rivals.com name and I couldn't be more proud to be associated with this company.
