Hey kifreeze,im as bad as anyone obviously for not checking my comments,Yes wendys doing fine and the hcg did its job.we both have the gym thing going on just maintaining.I had actually went on it over a year ago and dropped 100lbs.Since then I've kept it off thru nutrition as well as going to the gym.Hope all is well with you and you've found what works in your situation.HCG isn't for everyone in that it's a very strict approach to wait loss .Our goals were always to change our life styles and the way we approached eating.To many look at things like that as a quick fix instead of the great health benefits to controlling our urge to over indulge when eating.Godbless,..JC,aka soonerhouse

Sorry I haven't written sooner. I never check my fan page. How's the hcg? Is your wife still doing good? Hope so. I chickened out. Just doing detox and low carb. Cutting out simple sugars. Have lost only about 4 pounds but I cheat a lot. Love rice too much I guess. Blessings.

Where did you get your HCG? I've been researching and I see that I can either do the program under a local doctor or order the stuff online. I worry about ordering online because I want to make sure I get the product from a reputable source (don't want to get counterfeit product). Did you order online? If so, do you mind pointing me to the site?
