Wildcats seek to heal some old wounds

A boxing fan that spent some time working as a bouncer at a Miami bar, Kansas State's Frank Martin is familiar with what it takes to win donnybrook. The 43-year-old coach once likened his team's ability to compete in the Big 12 to its ability to rip its shirt off and fight, and the battling metaphors don't stop there. Three years into his tenure as a head basketball coach, it seems as though his mannerisms are beginning to rub off on those around him, so when junior Jacob Pullen started in with some fightin' words of his own recently, nobody was startled.
