Q&A: Frank Martin at Big 12 Teleconference

The hot-button topic among Big 12 men's basketball coaches during the annual summer teleconference was the intrigue over the proposed 18-game league schedule. Some league coaches on Monday voiced support over maintaining the current 16-game slate of conference competition. Kansas State coach Frank Martin believed 18 games will be fine. He opined, "If you're a competitor, that's how you want it to be. Anything easy becomes a dead end."
