Samuels puts postseason in past

Jamar Samuels didn't like the way he ended last season. So even after the junior forward posted a season-high 16 points and a career-high 14 rebounds in fifth-ranked Kansas State's 89-55 drubbing of winless Alcorn State on Monday at Bramlage Coliseum, Samuels' thoughts traced back to nine months ago and his NCAA Tournament struggles that he still badly tries to escape.
