Stars show out at Eastern Shore Showcase

FRUITLAND, MD. -- MdHigh made the cross-state trek on Sunday morning for the first major combine held east of the Chesapeake Bay Bridge. Close to 100 prospects from Maryland, Virginia and Delaware (and even one hotshot from Florida) showed out in Bayside country for an Eastern Shore version of the Riddle All-American Showcase. Area head coaches and assistants, along with former NFL and Maryland Terps running back Lamont Jordan, led the recruits in position-specific drills and a one-on-one competition.
