Shuler now has double digit offers

Brentwood Academy (Tenn.) offensive tackle Graham Shuler has just reached double digit scholarship offers and the school to help him get to number ten was Syracuse.

Shuler, 6-foot-5, 262-pounds did not find out he was getting an offer from Syracuse coaches, but rather his high school coach after Syracuse stopped in for a visit.

"They came by last week and told my coaches that they were going to offer."

The news of the offer excited Shuler who is ready to learn more about the Orange.

"I was excited. I honestly do not know a ton about their program, but I am looking forward to getting to know more about them. I was impressed with them this past season when I caught a few game on TV and some highlights. I know they have been doing some pretty good things up there. I am just looking forward to getting to know them more."

As it stands right now the Tennessee product holds offers from Boston College, Cincinnati, Duke, Louisville, Mississippi State, Purdue, Stanford, Syracuse, Vanderbilt and Wake Forest.

When it comes to a commitment the prospect does not plan to waste much time as he told GamecockCentral.com's Chris Clark recently.

"My timetable is kind of changing and moving around. I would like to narrow it down to at least a top-five by mid-June but that's the maximum number. After that, probably mid-July, I would like to at least have in mind where I'm going and then commit right before the season. That's subject to change."
