Jones flips to Iowa

After tearing his ACL in practice this spring, Jyaz Jones made a quick decision to verbally commit to Colorado State, who was the first school to reach out to him after the injury. Since then, the 6-foot-0, 172-pound Texas native has heard from other schools including Iowa where his older brother Anjeus Jones will be a freshman wide receiver for the Hawkeyes this year.

As a junior, Jones finished with 53 tackles, five sacks, and three interceptions for South Oak Cliff High School.

HawkeyeReport.com will have more on Jones' commitment later today.
