Irish find junior line prospect nearby
Penn High School in Mishawaka, Ind., is one of the top high school programs in the Hoosier State. Despite that success on the field, the program produces only a handful of Division I prospects. But Braxston Cave, a 6-foot-4, 295-pound center/defensive tackle, is well on his way to being the exception.
"I've been talking to a lot of schools," Cave said. "Notre Dame invited me to all of their home games for unofficial visits; I did that. I visited Iowa for the Purdue game and I went to Michigan for the Vanderbilt game. I'm going to Florida on April 1."
