Haku Correa taking his time

One of the state of Hawaii's top prospects in the 2008 class is 6-foot-1, 240-pound Honolulu Damien Memorial defensive tackle Haku Correa. With offers from Arizona, Colorado, San Diego State, Hawaii and Boise State, Correa is definitely picking up some early attention, despite the fact that not many schools have seen him play.

In our last conversation with Correa, he said that he had no leaders, but that a relationship with a current UA player helped the school's chances.

"I know Mana Mikaele," Correa said in February. "He went to school with me. He enjoys it there and thinks it would be a really good experience for me. He's a real cool guy so that helps."
