We've selected the best of the best in each category for every position and ranked them. Rivals.com recruiting analyst Barry Every breaks down the wide receivers.

BUZZ: This Texas commitment had 42 catches for 1,045 yards and 12 touchdowns last season.

4. Kyle Prater, Hillside (Ill.) Proviso West
Prater Highlights
COMMITTED TO: USC
PARTICULARS: 6-5/205
BUZZ: The No. 1 receiver in the country has deceptive speed and uses his size, strength, and hands to beat defensive backs.
3. Da'Rick Rogers, Calhoun (Ga.)
Rogers Highlights
COMMITTED TO: Georgia
PARTICULARS: 6-3/206
BUZZ: This linebacker-sized wideout had 1,300 yards receiving last season and reminds many observers of Calvin Johnson.
2. Darius White, Fort Worth (Texas) Dunbar
White Highlights
CONSIDERING: Has not yet officially narrowed down his long list of offers.

BUZZ: The four-star standout averaged an amazing 26.4 yards per catch and scored 16 touchdowns last season.

BUZZ: This super fast receiver averaged 23.6 yards a catch and had 10 touchdowns last season.

BUZZ: In addition to being a deep threat, Rogers has shown excellent hands as a receiver and kick returner.
4. Terrell Reese, Brenham (Texas) Brenham
Reese Highlights
COMMITTED TO: Utah
PARTICULARS: 6-1/180
BUZZ: Reese had the most impressive performance of any receiver at the 2009 Texas Football Classic in San Antonio. His one-handed, over-the-shoulder-catch still stands out.
3. Ivan McCartney, Miramar (Fla.) Miramar
McCartney Highlights
CONSIDERING: Says Miami, Florida, West Virginia and Oregon currently lead North Carolina, Georgia, Southern Cal, Oklahoma, Oklahoma State and Tennessee.
PARTICULARS: 6-3/180
BUZZ: McCartney proved to be the most consistent receiver during tryouts for the South Florida Express - a team entered in the Badger Sport Passing Camp.

BUZZ: The USC commitment proved at the U.S. Army All American Combine that he has hands of glue.

CONSIDERING: Lists 25 scholarship offers and says he has no clear frontrunners.

BUZZ: He made a spectacular catch at the Los Angeles Nike camp, and went on to earn WR MVP honors at the event.

5. Ace Sanders, Bradenton (Fla.) Southeast
Sanders Highlights
CONSIDERING: Receiving interest from USF, Florida, West Virginia, Georgia and South Carolina among others.
PARTICULARS: 5-9/165
BUZZ: This four-star prospect averaged 19.1 yards a carry and 19.9 yards a catch last season.
4. Solomon Patton, Mobile (Ala.) Murphy
Patton Highlights
COMMITTED TO: Florida
PARTICULARS: 5-10/175
BUZZ: A Florida commitment, Patton is a dangerous kick returner who also has a chance to score any time he catches a pass.
3. O.J. Ross, Daytona Beach (Fla.) Mainland
Ross Highlights
COMMITTED TO: Purdue
PARTICULARS: 5-10/175
BUZZ: Purdue is getting a good one here. Ross averages 20.4 yards per catch as a slot receiver and also excels as a punt returner.
2. Trovon Reed, Thibodaux (La.)
Reed Highlights
CONSIDERING: Set to choose between Auburn, LSU and Oregon.
PARTICULARS: 6-0/173
BUZZ: Reed averaged 8.1 yards a carry and 18.1 yards per reception last year.

1. Chris Dunkley, Pahokee (Fla.) Pahokee
Dunkley Highlights
CONSIDERING: List includes Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Miami, Tennessee, USC and West Virginia.
PARTICULARS: 5-10/164
BUZZ: This shifty prospect showed his athleticism by scoring 13 touchdowns on 50 catches last year.

5. Mike Davis, Dallas (Texas) Skyline
Davis Highlights
COMMITTED TO: LSU
PARTICULARS: 6-1/182
BUZZ: Another LSU commitment, Davis has also excelled on the defensive side of the ball and on the hardwood.
4. Vincent Sanders, Macon (Miss.) Noxubee County
Sanders Highlights
CONSIDERING: List of offers includes Alabama, Arkansas, Florida State, Ole Miss, Mississippi State, Southern Mississippi, Tennessee, Texas Tech and West Virginia.
PARTICULARS: 6-3/182
BUZZ: Sanders had 10 receiving touchdowns and seven interceptions last season while also starring on the basketball team.
3. Martavis Bryant, Anderson (S.C.) T.L. Hanna
Bryant Highlights
COMMITTED TO: Clemson
PARTICULARS: 6-4/190
BUZZ: Bryant ran a 22.28 200-meters at 6 feet 4 and 190 pounds at the South Carolina State Championships.
2. Justin Hunter, Virginia Beach (Va.) Ocean Lakes
Hunter Highlights
COMMITTED TO: LSU
PARTICULARS: 6-4/172
BUZZ: This LSU commitment has personal bests of 25.05 feet in the long jump and a 7-foot-2 high jump.
1. DeAndrew White, Galena Park (Texas) North Shore
White Highlights
COMMITTED TO: Alabama
PARTICULARS: 6-0/170
BUZZ: White won the Texas State Championships with a 21.18 200-meter time. He also has run 10.74 in the 100 meters.
