Sooners roll A&M Corpus Christi; ready for Big 12 play

Oklahoma returned to the McCasland Fieldhouse Monday afternoon to play a regular season game for the first time since March 5, 1975.

Twelve Sooners saw action and 11 played at least 10 minutes as Oklahoma (9-3) rolled to a 72-42 victory versus Texas A&M Corpus Christi.

Ten OU players scored, with six of them recording at least seven points.

Senior Steven Pledger lead the Sooners in scoring for the second straight game recording a game high 17 points in 20 minutes.

With the win Lon Kruger's club finished off their non-conference portion of the 2012 slate and they will now get set for Big 12 conference play as they head to West Virginia.

Tip off in Morgantown (W. Va.) is set for 3 p.m. CT and the game will be televised by the Big 12 Network.
