Oklahoma's class of 2018 got it's second commitment in as many days when Tulsa Union defensive tackle Jordan Kelley announced his decision just moments ago. The 6-foot-4, 290-pound Kelley announced his decision live from Cedar Hill, Texas high school following the Under Armour All-American camp.

Kelley picked up an Oklahoma offer on Feb. 20 in the midst of him picking up attention from all over the area including Oklahoma State, TCU, Arkansas, Kansas and Iowa State along with several others.

Coming into his decision Kelley had a very clear idea of what would separate schools in his mind.

"I just want to go to the school that is going to get me right in college and with sports but something where I'm going to get out with a good job after college," Kelley said when the Sooners offered him.

There had been some talk that Oklahoma, when they offered during a junior day event, made it clear to him they wanted him to show up at a summer camp and, to some degree, prove himself a bit.

That sort of direct honesty, particularly from defensive line coach Calvin Thibodeaux was something that resonated with Kelley from early on.

"He's a cool guy he's straight up and I feel like he's honest," Kelley said.
