With the release of the 2016 Sooner State Rankings the most often asked questions of SoonerScoop.com Recruiting Editor Josh McCuistion come in terms of placement of prospects from top to bottom. McCuistion recently sat down with SCOOPHD to discuss his thoughts in ranking the top 40 seniors to be in the Sooner State.
Including an in-depth look and explanation into the ranking of the top 10 prospects with Southmoore's Noah Jones edging out Norman North running back Quan Hogan and Edmond Santa Fe Calvin Bundage. Bundage was the first in-state prospect from the class of 2016 to be offered a scholarship by Oklahoma.
