Sooners Moon Rising
On Sunday morning Oklahoma got some word that had been whispered about for some time, the commitment of four-star junior quarterback Cameron Rising. The Newbury Park, Calif. product was an early offer in the class of 2018 for Oklahoma and made a visit to Norman in late July.
Just a few weeks later he tweeted out confirmation that he was ready to choose Oklahoma over a gaggle of offers including scholarships from Alabama, Arizona State, LSU, Michigan, Ole Miss, and Nebraska.

Rising was one of only four quarterbacks offered in the class by offensive coordinator Lincoln Riley and is the first California four-star quarterback to pick Oklahoma since Tommy Grady in the class of 2003.
