Warren, Barnett plow through PC West 70-21

Life should be good for 2014 Lawton (Okla.) running back Michael Warren.
The 6-foot-1, 200-pound prospect has burst onto the recruiting scene with a historic senior season. Averaging 9.2 yards per carry through his first seven games of the season Warren did more than impress with the SCOOPHD cameras on him Thursday night.

Rushing for nearly 200 yards on nine carries in the first half of the Wolverines 70-21 victory over Putnam West. For some that would have been a full night's work. For Warren it was just another night out on the gridiron, finding the endzone three times including a 77-yard run that gave the Wolverines a 28-0 lead.

All of this just two weeks after setting a school record for rushing yards in a game and then rewriting his own record just seven days later in a 26 carry 330 yards and five touchdown effort versus Edmond Santa Fe.
With the victory Lawton improved to 8-0 (4-0).
Barnett keeping in contact with Bedenbaugh
The player all Sooner fans will be most interested in is 2015 offensive tackle Jalin Barnett. Already a member of the Sooner State Watchlist, Rivals.com 2015 Rivals250 to Watch as well as the 2015 Under Armour Game Watchlist the 6-foot-4, 310-pound prospect added offers from UCLA and Alabama this past week.
Following the Wolverines victory the four-star prospect told SoonerScoop.com contact with Oklahoma offensive line coach Bill Bedenbaugh has continued on a weekly basis.
"I actually just talked to him today," said Barnett.
With an invite already extended by the Oklahoma coaching staff to attend every Sooner home game in 2013, Barnett is undecided if he will make the Sooners weekend match-up versus Texas Tech.
