AUDIO: Stoops talks spring football
Bob Stoops met with the media for the first time today since OU won the Sugar Bowl. Stoops was here to discuss spring practice which begins Saturday in Norman. Stoops talked about players who will sit out spring practice such as Tyrus Thompson, Adam Shead, Jordan Phillips, Julian Wilson and Tyler Evans.
He also previewed some of the position matchups such as safety, cornerback, offensive line and wide receivers. Stoops discussed which players have been working hardest and performing the best over the last few months, including several new names such as wide receiver Jordan Smallwood and defensive tackle Charles Walker.
