Carter Ready to Shine

ALEDO, Texas - Of Oklahoma's 2019 commitments there is no question that Jeffery Carter, due to an injury his sophomore year, came into the 2017 season as the most unknown entity. Carter, who starts both ways for the defending state champion Bearcats, talked with SCOOPHD about his season-opening 38-21 win over Colleyville Heritage, the realities of already being well known - and being avoided by quarterbacks - as well as his decision to be a Sooner.
