With one Union Redskin already on board in the class of 2014 Oklahoma now has set their recruiting attention at one of the state's most prestigious programs on 6-foot-5, 179-pound wide receiver Jeffery Mead.

During SoonerScoop.com's annual Spring Tour of the Sooner State SCOOPHD stopped in on the two-sport Redskin standout to talk about his current recruiting process, his interest in the Sooners as well as his connection with current 2014 commit and teammate Carson Meier.

Currently Mead holds offers from Oklahoma, Oklahoma State, Arkansas, California, Nebraska, and Texas A&M among others.
