Phillips Grew up a Sooner

LANCASTER, Texas - It's been since the class of 2009 that Enid, Okla. produced a major FBS product but it looks as though that is about to change with the Plainsmen featuring 2019 two-way star Will Phillips. Though Phillips also works as safety for Enid, he spent his time at the Rivals 3StripeCamp working at running back and was one of the camp's real standouts at the position.
