Nestling himself behind the podium and in front of the bright lights of the cameras Blake Bell couldn't help but give reporters a sly grin.
"Awesome," Bell said when asked to describe his feelings after making his first appearance as the starting quarterback at Oklahoma.

Throwing for 413 yards Bell broke the school record for yards thrown by a quarterback making his first career start eclipsing the mark previously set by Heisman Trophy quarterback Sam Bradford (363).
A feeling of vindication for Bell. Who threw for more yards at halftime of Saturday night's game (281) than he had in two years (153 yards in 22 games) as a back up to Landry Jones.
SoonerScoop.com's weekly HD feature Sights and Sounds takes you to the sidelines of Gaylord Famly Oklahoma Memorial Stadium as Bell's four touchdown passes led Oklahoma to their third victory of the season routing Tulsa, 51-20.
