White Awaits Word

SAN ANTONIO - For months now North Richland Hills (Texas) Richland Rivals250 linebacker DaShaun White has gone back and forth about his decision - really ever since Texas A&M, where he has long been committed, was part of a shocking collapse against UCLA. In the interim two other programs, Oklahoma and Texas, have caught his attention and played host to him for official visits.

With the change of staff in College Station White got increasingly serious about the Sooners and Longhorns and seemed close to a decision near the early signing period's opening date on Dec. 20.

He spoke with SCOOPHD about his still lingering decision and what is the hold-up on him making a choice at the moment.
