Future Sooners: Every Level on O

Whether it was an offensive lineman that was cooking up enough pancakes to feed most of Glenpool, a receiver that went absolutely bananas against a quality Houston area program, or a running back that fell short of another week at 300-yards...by a single yard, it was a huge week for Oklahoma's class of 2017 and 2018 commitments. Take a look at the Future Sooners and how they fared as their teams start their marches toward the playoffs.

The Skinny: Lancaster's defense was once again stingy, holding Mansfield Timberview to just 77-yards of offense in the first half and 215 total in 30-7 win. Unfortunately it had to enjoy this success without Austin, who tore his ACL in pregame warmups.

Next Week: Lancaster (6-1) is traveling to Red Oak

Next Week: John Marshall (6-1) is hosting Comanche on Thurs., Oct. 20.

The Skinny: Brooks went for over 300-yards last week but fell short of that number this week, just one yard short. MVP: Cedarian Lamb

The Thinking: Sooner or later Kennedy Brooks is going to get his but what Lamb did against a quality Rosenberg Terry squad just had to get the nod. The elite receiver has dominated all season long but if he can top this performance, he'll start cementing his argument as a Rivals100 member. Creed Humphrey and Jacob Phillips also got consideration.
